Please note that it is Fix It Building Services’ policy not to provide written quotes on smaller repair and maintenance jobs, but to complete them on a charge-out basis. Most of our Franchise Owners will accept a minimum of, say, a half-day’s work and will charge that out at a set rate for labour and travel. We find most of our customers have a number of smaller jobs which they need doing and having a builder for a half-day (or more) gives them the opportunity to get them all sorted in one go.
