Why Continue to Wait? Opt out of EQC

We have done dozens of repairs for clients who chose to opt out.  We are happy to provide references from satisfied clients whose homes are already back to normal.

We are able to commence repairs to new clients properties generally within 2 weeks of them opting out in favour of us.  Depending on the size of the project we finish within 2 to 4 weeks of starting.

• There is no money required to be paid by you – as all payments go directly from EQC to us.

What Should You Do Next

Get the EQC to provide you with a copy of your written scope of works including the costs they have allowed for the works.  

Often the EQC will delay in getting this to you because they don’t want you to opt out.  So you may have to persevere and be a nuisance, but they are legally obligated to provide you with the information.
