What our clients say
Here is just a sample of the dozens of letters and notes we receive from delighted customers throughout New Zealand...
"Many thanks to Astley and his team for our lovely new bathroom..."
We have been very impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the whole team... our trust in [the owner Astley's] ability to bring a team together to solve the problems of the room and create a new space has been vindicated... Jim and Steve, the builders, were also very friendly and competent... It is very reassuring to know that all aspects of the job have been approached with caution and accuracy, ensuring that the finished result is well made and lasting... The job was finished in good time and to an excellent standard that we are thrilled with."

"It was all so easy – we barely needed to go near the place until the job was finished."
Matt was great. He really listened to our needs and gently guided us when it was appropriate. We liked the way he helped without actually telling us what to do.”
Mark and Andrea, Herne Bay, Auckland, April 2009
"My bathroom looks fabulous!"
[Fix It Christchurch] listened to what my ideas were for the bathroom renovation ... and the end result is just amazing. I'd like to thank Keith, Mike, Damien, Craig, Graham and all the others for their excellent work. My bathroom looks fabulous!"
This pre-school had a tight timeframe for its renovations and extensions...
The recently completed project involved major interior renovations and an exterior extension (veranda - deck) to a pre-school facility in Christchurch and work needed to be carried out during the Christmas/New Year period to prevent the preschool from closing during valuable term time. The work involved many trades and tight co-ordination... In addition, a good standard of workmanship was required and provided... I would be happy to work with [Fix It Christchurch] again."
Christopher W. Hadlee, Registered Architect, Christchurch, January 2009
"We could not have been more happy."
The whole [bathroom and toilet renovation project] project was organised and executed to a very high and professional standard, we are both thrilled that the project was completed with no fuss... The project started on the proposed starting day, and actually finished on the day that the project was designed to be finished... I would have no hesitation [in recommending] your company, we were so pleased with the results of the work you did for us."
